Not the "Runaway Bride" BUT The "Runaway Seller"
 
Dealing with Seller Remorse | Runaway Seller Saga
We all remember the movie "Runaway Bride" with Julia Roberts and Richard Gere.  It is one of my favorite movies which I have watched numerous times.  The bride (Julia Roberts) just can't seem to commit, at the last minute and runs away at the altar.  She goes through all of the motions, preparations for the wedding, rehearsal dinners, flowers, church, and then panics at the last minute.
Well what about the "Runaway Seller" who says they want to sell, goes through all of the motions of getting the house ready for the market, preparing for showings, and then at the last minute when an Offer to Purchase finally appears, they run! They just can't seem to comnmit to selling, and at the last minute they panic and run away from the deal.
 
 
When the time comes to actually sign on the dotted line, they
freeze... and panic!
