Statistical information has been gathered from our local multiple listing service(mls) and may not include all transactions.   The complex is in the city of Arcadia which is within the San Gabriel Valley of Los Angeles County, Fashion Park Villas is located on Huntington Drive across from Westfield Santa Anita shopping center and historic Santa Anita Park and Race Track.
