I Saw The For Sale Sign, Why Can't I Find The Home Online?
What a perfect explanation! I received this exact inquiry on a floor time office sales call this week. She could not understand WHY the office did not have the paperwork to know the sales price of the sign she had just spotted. I explained that Agents have 48 hours to enter the home in MLS. Turned out, this was the case.

You're driving down the street and you see a For Sale sign in front of a home that really has curb appeal.  You know the neighborhood fits your price range and from the outside the home would appear to have what you're looking for in your next home.  Three car garage, large lot, etc.  It's time to find out a bit more, you pull out your smartphone or tablet and pull up your favorite search site.
And you got nothing.  The home is nowhere to be found!  How can that be?
