WILLOWLAKE SOLDS JANUARY - PRESENT 2015
TEN homes have SOLD in the Willowlake subdivision from January 1st through today, June 22nd 2015.
 
Prices ranged from $164,000 for a small, 3-bedroom home up to $235,000 for a large 4-bedroom home with a 3-car garage.
 
 
 
Average SOLD price/Sq. Ft. was $86.28, however this number varied greatly.  In general, the smaller homes received the higher SOLD price/SF ($107.48 was the high), while the very largest homes received the lower price/SF ($69.24).  
 
Location within Willowlake is also a determining factor on price.  The homes backing to commercial property normally receive less per sq. ft. than those homes centrally located in the neighborhood.  

 
 
Willowlake is a wonderful place to call home!  It's SO wonderful, there is currently only ONE home that is ACTIVE-ly listed for sale, while 3 are "pending" (ie almost SOLD)!
