Social Sundays:  Rest & Relaxation around #SiliconValleyHOODS
A day of rest was created by someone really smart.  Working as a real estate professional today is truly a 24/7 endeavor.  A single agent cannot tackle their phone round the clock, despite best efforts and working as a team leader or being part of a team has it’s limitations too. Too much busy is bad for the soul! Instead of ‘revving up’, why not ‘wind down’ once in a while.  Better yet, schedule it.  Have it blocked off in your calendar and most of all, stick to your schedule! Taking a day off is not a crime. So, today I begin my own personal quest to be Social on Sundays and take time off to rest, relax and play.  There is so much to do in so many #SiliconValleyHOODS. For our inaugural Social Sunday experience, we started with a plan:Meet a friend of my husband’s at a local restaurant While I live on yelp, my hubby; not so much.  His first choice was nixed by the friend and we ended up at Piccolo Ristorante Italiano in Menlo Park.  Yummy, always good to begin an adventure on a full stomach, lol. While I could bore you with the details of this quiet evening of good friends and great ... more
