As Audrey sees it--from reading social media and noting all the people who regret having Open Plan kitchens--she believes the tide is turning...that more people now want a separate space for cooking rather than a big, open family room with a kitchen in it. Realtor Arthur Jeppe of Newport Beach, CA insists that a house with an Open Kitchen is actually worth more than a house with a gorgeous separate kitchens. Family life and today's entertaining means people gather in the kitchen, he says. What say all of you?
