 The Top 5 Reasons Why I Love Living in Wisconsin
When asked by my friend Ron Marshall , who is also a fan of Wisconsin, what my 5 reasons for loving the place I live, my first thought is “how do I narrow that one down”.
Whenever considering a move to anywhere else, the first 5 things holding me back are always Sally, Josh, Amy, Nick and Jack.
Jack is willing to move, but the rest are not willing to budge from this Midwestern paradise of forests farms and of course packers.
But all kidding aside, Wisconsin does have some amazing things going for it.
1.       1. The Forests!
Wisconsin is famous for the quality trees that grow here, and our forests are continually growing much faster than we can use them to make our fine papers, lumber and veneers.  And the Timber and Forest industry is the largest employer in the state, even more that the Dairy industry that we are so well known for.
2.       2. The Farms.
If you don’t see a forest in Wisconsin, then you are likely looking at one of our plentiful farms.  We are known as “Americas Dairyland”, just look at our license plates, but that is not all we grow here.
