Rhinebeck NY real estate update for May 2015

As can be seen in the chart above home sales in the town of Rhinebeck was less than half what it was in May 2014.  Both median and average sale prices were also lower.
A bright spot was the days home stayed on the market 43 days less than last year.
The Village of Rhinebeck on the other hand  had an increase in sales.
