Problem Buyers...An agent exposes ignorant buyers
Ok, so it's been awhile since I posted anything about the real estate business. Today I'm going off on ingnorant or what I call problem buyers in the market.
First of all, a little background on me. I've been in the real estate business for over 22 years, having a brokers and sales license (Ohio and Florida, respectively). Most of my customers are referred to me from past clients (that have experience with my service). The best way to receive customers in my opinion. 
So this buyer calls me and says he wants to work with me as a friend referred him to me. Great -a testimonial to my strong, professional skills! I take time to show this buyer many properties, answer many questions to his satisfaction (or so I think). He says he is interested in a property (which the first one he had interest in goes under contract). I then proceed to tell him the process of making an offer (which in Florida is a fast moving, low inventory market is a must-really any market it's a must)-we need to put the offer in writing, he needs to be prepared to show either a pre-approval letter from his bank (if mortgaging), ... more
