Home sales have been moderate in Ridgewood Hills so far this year, constrained somewhat by a lack of available inventory - there have been 16 sales, priced from a low of $299,000 to a high of $393,500, with a median price of $346,770 and an average price of $347,049. Market performance was very good, with the average days to offer at 25 days and average days on the market at 56. The sale price/list price ratio for these 16 homes was 100.5%, indicative of a strong seller's market.
 
 
Inventory continues to be limited - there are only 2 homes currently for sale in Ridgewood Hills, both priced at $385,000. Another 7 homes are under contract and waiting to close.
