West Hollywood Homes for Sale. 2nd Qtr 2015 Market Report
West Hollywood is still one of the more affordable areas of Los Angeles. Let’s see how the 2nd Quarter fared.
Please note that statistics include homes just outside the West Hollywood city limits.
Single Family:
Sold:  35 = the same number as the previous Quarter.
Median price: $1,5480,000 = a 1.25% drop over the previous Quarter
Active: 31
Median price: $1,795,000
Condos:
Sold: 126 = 24 increase over previous Quarter.
Median price: $623,500 = a 4.08% drop over the previous Quarter.
Active: 65
Median price: $749,000
West Hollywood is richer in condo buildings than single family homes so the rise in sales for condos is to be expected.
The median price is down slightly, but overall the market remains rather steady and is still heavily in a sellers’ market.
