In 2008 I decided enough snow, enough wind, tornado warnings, hell storms and humidity. I sold my home, business and packed up for the long distance move to Sun City Grand, Surprise AZ. As I was not at the age I was ready to retire and not financially set to retire I had to make a decision as to what I wanted to do for the next 10 or 15 years. So I did what every unemployed intelligent man would do that loved golf, I played golf every day for approximately the next 80 days and it was a joy. In late July 2008 my mind told me it was time to figure it out. New car sells, start another business or become a Realtor®. Surprisingly the answer came to me rather fast as I decided it was going to be Real Estate and I was off and running. I went to the local Brokerage in Sun City Grand, Ken Meade Realty now Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as of Feb., 2014.
