A video stroll of Crown Pointe Estates in Portola Hills and 2015 sales
Below I wrote a quick neighborhood snapshot of the estate homes in the Crown Pointe neighborhood of Portola Hills.   As 2015 has finished and there were a few more sales, I wanted to update what sold in the community in 2015.

This morning, I took a stroll in the Crown Pointe neighborhood in the community of Portola Hills in Lake Forest, California.  This is a quaint community of 58 Single Family Detached Luxury Estate homes.  Check out our quick snapshot video of his lovely community.
 
I like this community for many reasons, one reason, it's small and located on two wide culd-a-sac streets that offer amazing views of either the Saddleback Mountains or the Pacific Ocean.  
 
The community was built in the early 90's by Richmond American Builders.
