Erindale Heights Real Estate Market Report August 2015
Colorado Springs has a tucked in neighborhood behind Woodman Road and West of Academy Boulevard.  With a mature forest in place the beauty of mature pine trees and their scent is very attractive.  Most have nice size yards giving privacy and a sense of seclusion to a lot of the homes here.  Access to the park and hiking/biking trails while also being close to cross streets for easy commuting it is a find.  The market is good here and finding a house for sale is often the hardest challenge. In August 2015 Erindale Heights had a total of  2  single family homes on the market.  Of those:
1 is active on the market 1 is under contract   The active property is listed at $258,000 and 46 days on the market.  The under contract listing is listed at $287,000  and 29 days on the market.
