This is a market update for the Monterey Townhomes in South Pasadena.  I will share sales information from full year 2011 through 2014 along with market activity so far in 2015.   
 
Statistical information in this report has been gathered from our local multiple listing service and may not include all transactions in the complex.  
 
Located at the southeast corner of Indiana Avenue and Monterey Road there are three addresses for the 43 unit South Pasadena townhome community:  1200 Indiana, 1202 Indiana and 1204 Indiana.  Built in 1971, these multi-story townhomes feature two or three bedrooms, two and one half baths, high ceilings and attached garages.  Patios and balconies enhance the indoor-outdoor appeal of these residences.  Monterey Townhomes feature well-manicured gardens and grounds.   This attractive complex with Spanish-inspired architecture is professionally managed and the exterior was painted within the last few years.
