Knowing when to give the listing back to the owner
   If you have taken a difficult listing involving too many family members that are dispersed all over the country..the fire has already been started. You can only work for one client while being courteous to other family members makes life interesting.
  Some who are successful in other business's believe they know how to market the property better than you could ever do it for their aging parent your client.
  Some believe you work for them no matter where you are licensed. You can work on their problems in their location as well as where the listing is.
  After trying to appease the wills of others for the last 6 months.I bowed to their wishes an placed their family home back in their more capable hands to sell.
   What do you think? Has anyone else had this type of problem before?
