      S.W.O.T analysis       Written aggressive marketing strategy that works       Proven and consistent method to determine homes value       Live and Work in Laveen Az       Spanish Speaking – There’s a reason Why SWOT analysis is something I learned while getting my business degree, and has come in useful for many things.  The SWOT analysis is where I look at each individual property that I list and give it a thorough analysis.  This goes beyond just finding out what potential value the home may have at present.  Doing a SWOT analysis looks at the homes strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and lastly at threats.  Much like in business the SWOT analysis I do looks at both the internal (things home owners do control) and also external factors (things home owner does not control).  The analysis will give us information which can used to help in the marketing and sale of the home and ultimately in helping sell or net a higher price.
