The Sale Of A Maine Home, What Stays, Goes.
A house for sale usually has contents here and there.
Needed to enjoy living there. Unless the moving van just left and the place is ready for vacancy by the new Maine home buyer. But even though some home owners travel light, or load it up like a beat the buffet while living in the Maine home, there comes a time.
Where no matter how they lived and used the place, the lack of getting rid of old stuff means someone has to do it.
Unless the new Maine home owner thinks this cargo is pretty peachy keen.
Let's keep it around and sort through and reuse what we can.
Maybe have our own continuous garage sale instead of using those bays for vehicle storage.
