What is the Narragansett Real Estate Market September 2015?      Homes are still selling well and if you thought the Narragansett home sale market had slowed its pace you would be wrong.  Home sales are up over the prior month by 20%.  And year over year the home sold values are down in Narragansett by 2% year to date in RI coastal real estate.    Inventory for homes is different from last year and has increased.   Why does Narragansett command a higher dollar value per square foot of home sold as compared to neighboring towns?    This is a fact out of state buyers have difficulty understanding.  You are nearly surrounded by the ocean...this oceanfront, beach access, beachfront and nearly walk to water community commands the dollars because of the ocean.  In buyers minds, it is that amazing location that is so different that increases the dollars for every house here.    Narragansett Home Sale Update September 2015 for a full discussion of what is happening in this oceanfront home market.     36 homes were sold overall in September.  Overall, homes in all price ranges if priced well are the hot home commodity here.
