What does a Perfect 10 Look Like?
Today, I have a listing that’s unlike any other—a perfect 10. It’s breathtakingly gorgeous and completely decked out with the finest upgrades. Plus, it’s in the perfect location, close to every kind of activity, and it is accompanied by award-winning school districts. This is an absolute dream home. The other day, I had a buyer call me up with a low-ball offer. This person said I should take the offer because my listing price was too high for the area, and that the homeowners shouldn’t expect to get the home’s actual value.
