Hey I Said We Were Sending an Offer for that Home in Carmichael
I'm not certain if this was the same Carmichael agent who had to call back three times during a phone conversation on Wednesday in order to take "very important" calls or whatever, but it could have been. I received a text right around dinner time yesterday that the agent was sending an offer to me, followed by another text asking if we were pending (which we were).
I pointed out that he had promised he was sending an offer 24 hours ago, because I could see the time and date stamp of his previous text message. Today, he insisted, he said he was sending it today and, by golly, by his 24-hour clock, guess what? It was STILL today. If I had a dollar for every time an agent said "I'm sending an offer tomorrow," which never arrives, I'd be retired to an atoll in the middle of the South Pacific.
