There are a few key things that "Millenials" aka: "Generation Y" are looking for in a Real Estate Agent.
This demographic are those born between about 1980 - 1995 and are head strong, hard working, internet using, smart phone carrying, latte drinking people.  
They make up about 32 percent of home buyers out there today!  
Millenials are much more apt to use a Real Estate Agent more than any other generation before them.
They are typically difficult to please and are definitely searching for their prospective new home on the internet!
