Oh My Gosh! Those Pictures That The Realtor Took Of My House Are Awful!!

The other day I found the perfect house for some clients so we went to see it.  We could hardly believe that the pictures were even of the same house.  The seller's agent had a professional photographer come and take pictures.  What a great photographer!  The house looked nothing like the pictures. Beautiful, huh?  Not.  We were shocked.
On the other hand, I have had a seller say to me that the pictures I took were awful.  I didn't say anything about the house was awful. Give me something to work with here.

I hire a professional photographer to take pictures of a house if I think it will be an accurate description of what the house looks like.  The professionalism adds a little boost to the picture.
 But how do you boost this?

 

So as a consumer, don't always trust the pictures as gospel.
