Would like your ideas with tranning class on "MARKET YOURSELF"
I will be doing a training class Thursday on how to marketing yourself.  I have new agents and seasoned ones who will be attending.
With today's market I think it is important for Realtors to market themselves not only thier properties.
In our small area of Crawford and Sebastian County there are over 1,500 Realtors competting for listings and sales.  The old days of sitting in the office and waiting on floor calls are gone.  If you want listings and sales you have to get out and hussle.  A lot of people still think Realtors go to the office everyday and magically come home rich.
I would like some input on what you think is a great way to market yourself and what has worked for you.  I would greatly appericate it .
