Las Vegas Real Estate Agent Homes ReportAbout 2,234 homes in the Las Vegas area have sold in the past 30 days.
There are a bit over 5,098 homes that already have contracts on them and are waiting to close escrow with a Las Vegas home buyer.There are a little over 8,071 Las Vegas homes on the market for sale that don't have a contract on them yet.  
 
The amount of Las Vegas homes for sale on the market right now has decreased slightly, most likely due in part to being near the holidays as some homeowners don't want to show their homes during the holidays.
 
So, for other Las Vegas home sellers that do want showings and list their homes, it maybe a bonus to them!
