If your home made New Years' resolutions...here are some things that would be on the list:
1. Save money by making one extra payment per year. 3. Create a rainy day fund for your home. A special savings account just for the little things that come up in the home that need repair or replacement. Whether it is your garage door opener, your sump pump, or a leaking faucet, you will be relieved to have the ability to handle whatever comes your way.
