Hard to believe that 2015 has only hours left and then it is all history.  This year flew by, and the end has been most unusual weather wise.  The unseasonably warm temps and sheer amount of precipitation has left me with multiple mushrooms springing up in my garden beds.   It will be nice to see the sun again in 2016.
Right now, let's take a look back at the month of November and see what happened in the Kingsbrooke single family home market.  Our comparisons will be made to last month (October 2015) and last year (November 2014.)

With only one single family home available for Bristow buyers as November came to a close, we have only one value to put into our "average" and compare across to previous reports.  The average list price is unchanged since last month and up nearly 6.5% since last year.  Inventory is practically non-existent right now in the Kingsbrooke single family home market and that means an opportunity for Kingsbrooke sellers to stand out.  Buyers are out all year long.
