Fort Pierce, Florida - After a long and successful day of showing property on Hutchinson Island, I took my son to our favorite restaurant last night, 12A Buoy located at Fishermans Warf of Fort Pierce. The Port St Lucie and Fort Pierce real estate market has been hot lately so I had worked up quite an appetite and 12A Buoy was the natural place of choice.

The place was packed and the hostess said they were on a 30 minute wait. Just as she was talking, I noticed a spot at the bar open up so my son and I bellied up! "How lucky was that Dad" my son said in a voice like we had just won the lottery.
 
12A Buoy is first come, first serve. But during prime time there is always a wait. The staff is professional and will remind you of the delightful and energetic enthusiasm one finds in getaways like Aspen or Santa Barbara. Good vibes for sure.
