Sunnyside, a Denver Neighborhood
This community in northwest Denver runs from 38th Avenue North to Interstate 70 and from Federal Boulevard east to Inca Street.But this sunny-sounding area wasn't always set to be a hidden gem on the Denver landscape. It's amazing to think that during the recession of the late 1980s, few places were hit harder than the Sunnyside neighborhood. Property values fell as quickly as Denver residents' general confidence in the area.
