Sunnyside, a Denver Neighborhood
This community in northwest Denver runs from 38th Avenue North to Interstate 70 and from Federal Boulevard east to Inca Street.But this sunny-sounding area wasn't always set to be a hidden gem on the Denver landscape. It's amazing to think that during the recession of the late 1980s, few places were hit harder than the Sunnyside neighborhood.
