Kauai Market Statistics for the Year 2015
We're well into the new year which means we can look back at 2015 sales data which is presented below courtesy of a local Kauai title & escrow company.  Overall, I view the 2015 market as one reasonably well balanced with moderately increasing prices.  Because of the limited size of the Kauai market, there are large fluctuations from month to month.
