Frisco, Texas Home Sales Market report for November 2015
So far this year there have been 3,861 home sales overall, which is a 4% dip from a year ago. Frisco homes sold reached 259 properties this month, a 13% dip from a month ago. There were 252 new housing listings in November 2015, a 7% increase from the previous month. New housing properties listed went up 3% compared to the same month last year, with 3,861 homes sold this year. Current listings under contract so far this year fell 2% compared to the same month last year, with 3,876 houses sold. Current listings under contract during November in Frisco dipped 8%, with 252 homes currently listed under contract this month. The average price for a home so far this year gained 9% compared to the same period last year, with $379,000 being the average sales price.
