Lavon, Texas Home Values report for November 2015
Year-to-date, home sales went up 7% relative to the same period last year, with 225 properties sold so far this year. In Lavon, 16 houses sold in November of this year, which is a 0% upturn from a month ago. This November, the number of new real estate listings in Lavon dipped 23%, with 17 properties listed in November 2015. New houses listed increased 4% compared to the same period last year, with 225 homes sold. The number of listed homes under contract in Lavon increased 35%, with 23 properties currently listed under contract this month. Year-to-date there have been 238 listed houses under contract total, which is a 10% rise compared to the same month last year. So far this year, the average price for a house for houses in Lavon was approximately $209,922, which is a 15% rise from last year.
