Little Elm, Texas Home Sales Market report for November 2015
So far this year, homes sold are at 1,633 overall, which is a 21% growth from last year. In November 2015, Little Elm housing sales went up 9%, with 117 houses sold this month. This month, 193 new houses were listed in Little Elm, which is a 36% gain from last month. Year-to-date, housing sales increased 27% relative to the same period last year, with 1,633 homes sold this year. Current listings under contract in November of this year in Little Elm went up 34%, with 183 houses currently listed under contract. Year-to-date there have been 2,092 listings under contract overall, which is a 21% gain from last year. The average sales price was approximately $274,741 this November, a 19% upturn from a month ago.
