One Website Contact Form Is NOT Enough.
As I read this excellent post by JENNA DIXON about leads: http://activerain.com/blogsview/4820469/why-lead-conversion-rates-are-so-low I was inspired to add a thought about website contact forms. The majority of web sites for real estate agents have a contact page. 
Your contact page can have a number of ways to connect with you: phone, form, email address, social media buttons, and so on. Having one form does not necessarily talk to the visitor on your website right now. You have got to make them see you as the expert. Does not matter if it is for a neighborhood, type of property, type of buyer, type of seller, niche. geographic etc.
The goal is to give your visitors the easiest and fastest way to connect with you in connection with what they are looking for. So let's think about a seller. If he went to your contact page he might have to fill in a form which does not give him any options other that telling you what he wants. Kind of like this. This is our general form.
