 • Keep Your Roof Clean Regularly check for organic material and debris. If found, clean it off of your roof. If left, organic material can wear away your coating or compromise the integrity of your roof.
• Check For Slipped Tiles Slipped tiles expose the underlayment. If the underlayment is compromised, you could start to have leaks into your home or garage. Don't wait until a see water coming from your ceiling.
• Watch Out for Leaky A/C Units and Coolers If dripping, leaky a/c units and coolers can cause discoloration and breakdowns of roofs. Coolers use decalcifier and, if dripping, it can deteriorate the roof.
Consider having a licensed roofing company (I can recommend Hallmark Roofing) come out once a year to review your roof.   The roof does need maintenance for it to enjoy a long life.
