Riviera Mobile Gardens  is a large subdivision in the 'peninsula' area of Bullhead City  with close proximity to the Colorado River. It's a mixed area of site built homes, mobilehomes, manufactured homes, multifamily and commercial properties, with a wide range of price points. Walkability and public transit to banking, schools, services and shopping nearby make this a perennially popular area.
Back in the day (50s, 60s, 70s) Riviera was named because it WAS The Riviera of the area - with rows and rows of cute mobilehomes, colored Malibu lights and palm trees creating a tropical atmosphere. Many residents live here still.
