Japanese Gardens in Winter - Part II

Japanese Gardens in Winter
Fort Worth, TX

There is beauty in all seasons. Surrounded by the beauty and tranquility of Japanese Gardens in Fort Worth year round is a luxury. It is something I never take for granted. To fully appreciate the seasons, it's best to see and experience the Gardens at different times of the year. No two experiences are alike.

What I like about winter at the Japanese Gardens in Fort Worth, TX is that everything doesn't go dormant. It's a season of hope and dreams. The water pond is still very active with turtles, ducks and images of people and reflections. Signs of life in the pond symbolizes renewal of the connection between summer, winter; the seasons of human existence. A garden in winter is Paradise! Spring is a time for seeds to shoot out new possibilities. I hope the groundhog was right yesterday! Reflections on past photos, such as the one taken last summer is like putting on a pair of new prescription eye glasses. Everything becomes clearer!

The following seven photos were taken on February 1, 2016.
