Z-Estimate vs. Nic-Estimate

 
Here's what I think - Zillow is Huge, people want to know one thing - What is my Home Worth? Zillow is the only big website that claims to do that. But, since they are based in Seattle and don't have access to your interior and upgrades, their "Zestimates" are horrible. Trulia is a little more accurate and Redfin has the best user-friendly search tools. Want the best? I pay good money to have access to the MLS (Multiple Listing Service). People often find a home they like on Zillow and ask me to give them more detail on the property. Why not have direct access to all New listings in zip codes you like in your email daily? I'll do that for you if you message me your email address, zip codes you like, and # Bedrooms, square footage, etc. As far as your home's real value, I use methods appraisers use, so I can provide that as well. Don't trust multi-million dollar websites - they have so many visitors, they can charge ridiculous amounts for advertising spots - that's how they became so big.
