            In Norfolk Mass through the end of 2015 there were 148 closed single family sales. The median sales price in Norfolk was up 7.1%  at the end of the year.

             Home sellers in Norfolk achieved 97.1% of their asking prices in 2015. Essentially, this  means that for every $100.00 in asking price, the sellers achieved $97.10. This was a 2.2% increase. The 2% increase could be simply due to the fact that there was a 16% deficit in available single family homes. We need more homes in Norfolk to sell.
