School Enviroments Could Impact Our Children's Motivation

At first glance this may seem like an industrial cultivated landscapes. There is plenty of vast dug up man-made earth craters supported by various electrical towers. Naturally the gloomy clouds add to the overly dramatic atmosphere.  
To the untrained eye, this may not present any alarming insights, yet consider viewing this image with your feng shui eyes.  I found it to be a bit disheartening that this school has been developed within an area, according to feng shui, that could be a huge drain on the energy of those occupying the building.
Why?
Feng Shui addresses the exploration of Bau-biology, the study of electromagnetic frequencies created by nature and man-made products and how they impact our spirit, mind and body. Ideally, it's suggested to never place home or any other buildings near these electrical towers or on depleted landscapes as they are proven to weaken our immune systems, impact our ability of focus and natural balances of healthy emotions. 
When students and teachers approach this particular school in the morning, the view seems to lack inspiration. The tall towers and construction site-like view is what greets them and sends them off. Yes, they do have mountains, yet the forefront atmosphere seems to overpower that distant vision.
