Will Writing Market Reports Make Your Phone Ring?
Market Reports are the part of blogging that I like the least. It feels like work and I guess that is exactly what it is. There really is no way to make them fun unless you count being able to put your own twist on them to project the future and what it holds. I do like doing that part. You see by writing these reports, I am being found by the public and my phone is ringing. The public sees me as the expert in the area and more specifically the neighborhoods I write about. It is a necessary part of any blogging schedule where you want to be recognized as the one in the know about the market.
 
The Market Reports Are Repetitive 
So what? There are only so many ways you can present the facts and the facts are what the public wants to see. They want to know if houses are selling and appreciating. They want to know about the schools and days on the market. They want to know about the HOA's and the neighborhood amenities. They want to know what is special about the area.
