Looking for a fresh start -a new image, an exciting logo? One of the easiest ways to get variety of logo options is to post a project at Elance.com Elance is a place where business people post projects that need to be completed - and service providers bid on the job. I have used elance twice to create the logos at MyPumpGuy.com (my brothers company) and GolfGorilla.com (a custom google search engine). Both of these logos were created for less than $150.00.
If you're looking to go the more traditional route of purchasing a pre-made logo or hiring a company that will create a logo for you - here are a few resources:
elance.com - post a project for free and get bids on logo design. biz-logo.com - a library of pre-designed real estate logos for $125.90 LogoDesignGuru.com - wow. Very cool set of "packages" to get a logo created. For $199 they will give you 4 logo concepts and 3 revisions. 1800mylogo.com - great samples of other real estate logos they've designed.
