Melbourne Beach Supermarket, an International Delight!
OK, I can just come out and say it. I love the Melbourne Beach Supermarket. I am a cook, and I make a lot of different types of food. I am known in my office for my homemade hummus. In fact I make all different types of Middle Eastern food having grown up there when my dad was in the oil biz.
Many people do not know that the trick to making great hummus is using enough tahini. I like Ziyad brand tahini, and I can find it at the Melbourne Beach Supermarket. I cannot find foul (fava) beans anywhere else in this entire county, but I can find them at the Melbourne Beach Supermarket.  Traditional, authentic middle eastern style pita bread cannot be found in supermarkets like Winn Dixie or Publix. But, in Brevard County, I have found just the right bread at the Melbourne Beach Supermarket. It's made in Orlando and you can find it here...it's the real deal.
