The City of Andover, MN, since 1857, is located conveniently between HWY 65 and HWY 10 and about 16 miles north of Downtown Minneapolis.  Andover currently has over 30,000 residence and serves two school districts, the St Francis School district, and Anoka/Hennpin (Andover High School).  
 
Andover, MN experienced a strong year in 2015 in the Real Estate market with an average sales price of $265,303 up nearly 6% from 2014.  Inventory was and is a concern still.   New listings were down 5.5% and homes for sale are down from 150 to 118 which is less than a 3 month supply of homes for sale.
