I talked to someone from the Sandler Sales Institute this morning and I was amazed at the information that he gave me. I think everyone should live by this....
 Draw the face of an analog clock...
On the 12 hour, put the word Outlook There
On the 3 hour, put the word Judgment There
On the 6 hour, put the word Actions There
On the 9 hour, put the word Results There
Now draw an arrow from Outlook pointing to Judgment pointing to Actions pointing to Results
I hope you draw this and post this in front of your computer and remind yourself that your outlook of the industry determines your judgment, your judgment determines your actions, your actions determine results. Makes sense? I hope so! We need to tell EVERYONE this is a buyer's market and everything is going to be to their advantage!
