Real Estate Text Messages, You Sending And Receiving?
Let's face it the real estate professional is in the business of providing fresh, current information.
Drive through, on demand day or night quick and you better get all the order correct. If you want them to come back to build toward a purchase. Or to sell when what they bought from you becomes a new listings to hop onto the round and round MLS real estate carousel.
On property listings, on the local area where the real estate populates the in town neighborhoods or rural countryside, folks have questions needing answering. 
Your don't want your real estate customers relying on the big west coast portals that take what we feed them and mess it up royally.
Where the agent or broker is limited by the platform and so much is left out that is pertinent to know about on the other end of the signal.
(Argghhhh If one more seller asks why their listing is showing up as not for sale when it is or as for sale when you already had the closing, I'll eat my LL Bean hat. )
