I made this video over 6 years ago discussing the fact that there were currently a few different companies operating in Lethbridge helping home owners sell their properties on their own.  Since the time I made this video, I believe all of the companies which I mentioned in the video have either left Lethbridge, gone broke, gone out of business, or have sold to new owners.  In my 23 years of helping local people buy and sell homes in Lethbridge, I have not seen a single private sale FSBO real estate company succeed in our market.  If you want real estate help and honest advice, contact me.
