It appears the mild winter and advent of Spring along with low-interest rates has incentivized Real Estate buyers. TheMassachusetts Association of Realtors has published the February Pending Sales. Pending sales are way up in single family homes and condominiums. This would indicate another strong Spring market. Inventory is low but that will help increase sales prices even though the median prices have slipped a bit, according to the article.
