Meditation and Imagery Course with Marie Regis L . Ac. of Great Neck NY
 
Marie Regis M.S., L.Ac., has an acupuncture practice n Great Neck NY. She specializes in treating anxiety and stress-related conditions. She has been practicing meditation for over 30 years. She is currently undergoing training in The Huntington Method: A Clinical Meditation and Imagery course with Richard and Bonnie Schaub of the Huntington and Meditation Center. 
 
Course Description:
This three part course is designed to help you cultivate inner resources to create the life you have been dreaming of. We will meet once/week for three consecutive weeks:
 
 Week 1: Reconnect with your true Purpose
• Week 2: Defeat difficult thoughts and habits
• Week 3: Connect with your Wisdom Mind
Location: 22A Arrandale Ave, Great Neck NY 11024 (Please park on Arrandale Ave)
Dates: Wednesdays March 16th, 23rd and 30th.
Time: 7:00pm - 8:30pm
Fee: $75 total for all 3 classes, payable on the first day of class ($25 per class).
