Golf in Franklin Tennessee
  There are over 30 golf courses within twenty five miles of Franklin Tennessee.  I was lucky enough yesterday to walk one of the most private golf courses in the U.S.A.  Measuring over 6300 from the tips this course is a good challenge for golfers of all handicaps.  Montgomery Bell State Park is a true gem and yes very private, in that we never encroached or were encroached on by other golfers.  We also enjoyed the wildlife, sighting deer, turkeys and various birds singing.  These sights and sounds are unencumbered by traffic noise, sirens, construction or any other kind of noise except the occasional weed eater keeping the grounds in good shape; again very private.  We have so much great golf to choose from around Franklin Tennessee from the Golf Club of Tennessee, where you may happen upon the very engaging PGA tour pro Brandt Snedeker or a public course where you could meet Justin Timberlake's dad.  Franklin is a great place to pursue the passion that small white ball instills in so many of us.  Come visit and let’s go play.
